By accessing or using TrueEdge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrueEdge.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TrueEdge. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users in jurisdictions where gambling education content is restricted are responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws.

3. Educational Purpose Only

TrueEdge is designed exclusively for educational purposes. The Platform teaches gambling strategy, probability, and responsible gambling practices. Specifically:

• All simulations use virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
• Virtual chips cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services
• The Platform does not facilitate, enable, or encourage real-money gambling
• Strategies taught are for educational understanding only and do not guarantee success in real gambling
• Past performance in simulations does not predict future results in real gambling scenarios

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, achievements, or gamification systems through exploits
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Impersonate other users or TrueEdge staff
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TrueEdge, including but not limited to lesson content, course materials, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TrueEdge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Virtual Currency & Gamification

The virtual chips, XP, levels, streaks, and other gamification elements within TrueEdge have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. TrueEdge reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual currency and gamification elements at any time without notice or compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BETIQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL GAMBLING ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY REAL-WORLD GAMBLING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON CONTENT LEARNED ON THE PLATFORM.

11. Modifications to Terms

TrueEdge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform.

12. Termination

TrueEdge may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
